This course introduces students to concepts and theories focusing on the intersection of communication and technology on the design, psychological, and sociological level.
Personal Relationships and Technology
This upper-level course introduces students to interpersonal communication theories, computer-mediated communication theories, and family communication. Students complete their own research projects using the theories discussed in the course.
Quantitative Communication Research Methods
This upper-level communication course encourages students to become communication scholars by testing hypotheses, developing research designs, and engaging with quantitative data.
Oral Communication
The course introduces students to basic speech composition and presentation strategies.
